Welcome to the YOGA OF MINDFULNESS, 290-Hour Yoga Teacher Training. We have been training teachers for 23+ years and we are excited to share this ancient healing practice with you.
This is a very special training that is packed full of the study and practice of yoga, mindful meditations, and yogic practices to address our current stressful times.
You do not have to have the desire to teach yoga to take this training. You can take this training for your self-care and personal growth. Come spend 9 inspiring months with amazing yogis while diving deep into the practice and study of yoga!
In this training, we study meditation, mindfulness, anatomy, alignment, chakras, yoga philosophy, neuroscience, sequencing, presence, voice quality, practice, the business of yoga, and much more!

What is Vinyasa Yoga? - Vinyasa yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses and one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States today. Also called Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, and Power Vinyasa Yoga, this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. The fluid movements increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health.

Process for enrolling in our teacher training program:
Trainees receive free yoga throughout the training period beginning upon receipt of Full Tuition Payment or enrollment in the Payment Plan ($812 Value).

MyLinda Morales Hutchings E-RYT® 500, CYT 6800, YACEP® Founder, Creator, Owner, Primary Instructor & Director of Training of Altamonte Springs Yoga & Yoga University of Florida, Ovarian Cancer Survivor
Our lead trainer, MyLinda, began formal meditation training at the age of 14 (45 years ago)! She has 43 years experience in health and fitness, 30 years experience in yoga, and has been training yoga teachers for 23+ years. MyLinda has owned and operated several yoga studios (4 of them) since 2000. She has successfully owned and operated Altamonte Springs Yoga for the last 14 years and Yoga University of Florida for the last 12 years. MyLinda's full bio is posted here.
