For over 25 years, we have been at the forefront of yoga teacher training, and we are thrilled to introduce a brand-new offering for 2025—our Yoga of Mindfulness: 290-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in an Intensive format. This immersive 25-day summer program provides another exciting option for yoga teacher training, designed to meet the diverse needs of our yoga community. Registered with Yoga Alliance, this is one of the most comprehensive yoga teacher training programs in all of Central Florida, making it an incredible opportunity for both aspiring yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners.

Attendance Policy

We encourage 100% attendance to meet the Yoga Alliance requirement of 200 in-person contact hours. Absence policies are as follows:

• Missing 1 Hour to 1 Full Day:
  • Have a classmate take notes.
  • Submit a summary of missed content to the Director of Training.
  • Attend the Makeup Session on April 5, 2025.
• Missing More Than 1 Day:
  • Attend the missed sessions the next time they are offered (usually the following year).
  • Graduation is contingent on completing all missed content.

Tuition

• Full Payment: $2,800 Early $3,000 Late (early discount deadline is May 1, 2025)
• Not Included: Books, props, lodging, and meals

Payment Plan Option

We are pleased to offer a payment plan to make your participation in the Yoga of Mindfulness: 290-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training more accessible. All tuition must be paid in full by graduation on June 25, 2025, so the earlier you enroll, the lower your monthly payments will be.

Here’s how it works:

• Enroll in December 2024: Monthly payments are $425 (spread over 7 months).
• Enroll in January 2025: Monthly payments increase to $500 (spread over 6 months).

To take advantage of the most affordable payment option, we encourage you to enroll early. Once enrolled, you’ll receive a customized payment plan to help you stay on track.

Refund Policy

• One Month Prior to Training: Full refund less $150 administrative fee.
• After One Month Prior: No refunds.
