Attendance Policy
Yoga Alliance requires 200 in-person contact hours, and we encourage full participation.
If You Miss 1 Hour to 1 Full Day:

About Our Lead Instructor and Director of Training:
MyLinda Morales Hutchings Founder, Creator, Owner, Primary Instructor & Director of Training, E-RYT® 500, CYT 7000, YACEP®, and most of all Ovarian Cancer Survivor 🦋🦋🦋
MyLinda, began formal meditation training at the age of 14 (46 years ago)! She has 44 years experience in health and fitness, 31 years experience in yoga, 25 years in studio ownership, and has been training yoga teachers for 26+ years.
MyLinda has owned and operated several yoga studios (4 of them) since 1999. She has successfully owned and operated Altamonte Springs Yoga for the last 15 years and Yoga University of Florida for the last 19 years (formerly Power Alignment Yoga). MyLinda's full bio is posted here.
