Hatha Yoga Teacher Training
Discover the essence of Hatha Yoga, where "Ha" translates to "sun" and "Tha" translates to "moon," symbolizing the balance of opposing energies. Hatha Yoga focuses on the physical practice of yoga (asanas) and aims to bring harmony to body and mind. This style of yoga aligns the body to allow energy to flow freely, especially through the spine, the body's main energy channel.
In Hatha Yoga, we work on balancing flexibility and strength, steadiness and ease (Sthira and Sukha). While Hatha Yoga may be seen as a gentler form of yoga compared to Power Yoga, Ashtanga, or Vinyasa, its slower pace can present its own challenges.
Our Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program includes:

Bryan had a couple of objectives when he created Long, Slow, Deep. First of all, Bryan wanted to give students a deep and challenging alternative to the myriad of Vinyasa and flowing yoga classes. He wanted students to have a choice of yoga practices that may not involve Sun Salutations or Standing Series. Bryan wanted to offer students a practice that is utterly potent without focusing on strength, endurance or even building much heat. Secondly,Bryan wanted students to experience the benefits of holding poses a little longer, giving massive areas such as hamstrings, groin, hips, shoulders, etc., more time to release and go deeper into poses. This is truly an amazing routine!! It is by FAR the most difficult class Bryan teaches, yet we rarely leave the floor. The challenge of Long, Slow, Deep is mostly primarily mental but hang in there, be patient and keep breathing deeply and fluidly. This class is suited for students of all levels.
